DFC-0710B型常单缸增压稠化仪是严格按照（API）标准规范10设计制造的。用于检测油井水泥在高温、高压条件下稠化试验工作。 INTRODUCTION---DFC-0710B Single Cell Pressurized Consistometers is specifically designed to continuously test cement thickening behavior under a variety of down hole high temperature and high pressure conditions in strict compliance with API Specification 10.
结构特点：
1、仪器结构新颖，节约空间。整机只用一只机械阀门，操作简单，外观整洁。
2、电位计校正装置与整机一体化，方便可靠实用。
3、采用英国进口温度控制器实现温度、压力自动控制及稠度测量，控温精准。报警系统实现稠度上限、压力上限、温度超限自动报警，自动停机。
4、多种记录方式：①采用英国进口三笔记录仪。记录温度、压力、稠度。②电脑采集数据，通过软件记录温度、压力、稠度，实现曲线、数据处理功能。
5、采用高压释放阀、意大利压力传感器、高压管线、气液泵、高压表、三通、四通、爆破片，中国台湾产减速电机。
6、采用新型国家（ZL.X）高压油滤器，便于拆卸，清洗简单。
STRUCTURAL FEATURES

3.Temperature , pressure and consistency are automatically controlled by temperature controller(made in UK), the temperature can be accurately controlled. When consistency, pressure or temperature reaches alarm set point , alarm system will automatically working and shutdown the test.
4.Multiple record modes: ① United Kingdom three recorders which can Record temperature, pressure and consistency.② Temperature, pressure, consistency, curve, data processing functions can be record by software which recorded in computer.
5. Equipped high pressure release pump (made in UK), pressure senor (made in Italy), high pressure pipeline, gas-liquid pump, high pressure gauge,3-way and 4-way joint, busting discs, reducing motor(made in Taiwan).
